• Manage and execute the entire implementation lifecycle including but not limited to planning, discovery, design, configuration, and deployment. Manage client responsibilities.
• Collaborate with the project team, internal partners, external client, and third parties to ensure the successful delivery of client deliverables.
• Apply technical/functional expertise to effectively execute requirements, solution design, configuration, and unit testing, training and full deployment.
• Work with clients to understand their Change Management and Org Readiness process, document and implement.
• Migrate clients from current HRIS system or implement new HCM System (Dayforce, ADP & UKG)
• Familiar with Onboarding Module(s)
• Learning Module
• Recruiting Module
• Set up reporting (Standard and Custom)
• Set up and/or manage Benefits and/or Benefits Enrollment
• Others as required
• Customer-centric - The customer is the center of everything!
• At least 3 Years’ experience in Human Resources and/or Payroll system implementation – Pay, Benefits & WFM
• Experience with Change Management and Org Readiness
• Collaborate & work effectively within cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills
